Straight plc was established in 1993 by Jonathan Straight, as a supplier of container solutions for source separated waste. Initially one man and a desk, the company has grown to become the UK's leading supplier of kerbside recycling boxes, compost bins and water butts, as well as a key supplier of other types of waste and recycling containers.

Our product range extends to cover wheeled bins, outdoor recycling solutions, water conservation products and containers for hazardous waste. All products are backed up with a range of supporting services including home delivery, promotional activities, helpline support and electronic tracking and monitoring.

With over 15 years unrivalled experience in the waste and recycling sector, Straight is clearly recognised as the industry expert. Following sustained growth, Straight joined the Alternative Investment Market in 2003 with a view to fuelling further development. A persistent, strong market presence and continued growth saw the company acquire Blackwall Limited in 2005. Since integrating the two businesses, Straight has consolidated its lead in its core markets.

We continue to make our mark in the retail sector with our environmentally friendly retail brand, evengreener.com. Launched in 2002, as an exciting new brand within the mail order market, evengreener offers an extensive range of eco-friendly products such as home composting bins and water butts to encourage householders to lead more sustainable lifestyles.
