NEW SOLUTION FOR OUTDOOR RECYCLING
The new Blik Modular Recycling System is now available from Straight plc. It
is a sleek three drawer container designed for the collection of separated dry
recyclables in an outdoor environment.
The system is designed for near-entry recycling or for collecting materials in
communal areas. Comparable in size to a standard 240 litre wheeled bin, each
Blik module has three 44 litre drawers each for a different material. By standing
several modules together, a wide range of materials can be collected separately.

The Blik Modular Recycling System is fully customisable to suit
individual needs and can be produced in a range of vibrant colours
including WRAP colours. Intuitive apertures are fitted in order
to identify specific material streams.
Each set of three containers is secured to the base of the unit
by a plastic rod that can only be removed with a special key. Once
the rod is in place, the drawers cannot be removed and the unit
is locked to the base.
Each drawer can be removed individually and hung on the side of
a collection vehicle. Alternatively the whole unit can be wheeled
to the kerbside therefore reducing the lift and carry activity
by collection operatives.
