WINNING STREAK FOR STRAIGHT
Jonathan Straight, Chief Executive
of Straight plc, has won the national Entrepreneur of the Year award for quoted companies.
Since winning the north region category in July, Jonathan was
entered into the national competition with other regional winners,
to secure the title.
All the judges were highly impressed by Jonathan and his innovative
approach towards his business and industry. Rt. Hon. Lord Young,
chairman of the judges’ panel said “Jonathan
is a creative business leader who foresaw growth in his sector,
took an unpaid job in order to learn about his industry and
is now a market leader.”
