CONTACT CENTRE

Our 50-seat contact centre based in Leeds can handle up to 25,000 transactions per week and deals with all of the traffic for our home composting and water conservation campaigns.

In addition we take all of the orders for the English and Scottish Wrap campaigns in partnership with DHL.

Contact centre services including recycling helplines are provided to local authorities and third party companies.
