Two Wheeled Plastic Bins

A range of two wheeled bins designed for a variety of applications such as recyclables, organic waste and general waste.

Straight wheeled bins are manufactured using the latest production equipment and according to the strict quality requirements of European Standard EN 840.

High-quality recyclable polyethylene, processed through high-pressure injection moulding, guarantees long life expectancy and resistance against chemicals, frost, heat and UV radiation. All metal parts like axles are corrosion resistant and manufactured from solid high quality galvanised steel.

Systematic quality control of the raw materials, manufacturing processes and end products ensures consistent quality in line with the ISO 9001 Quality Management System.

Integral chip housing under the front rim

EN 840 approved and noise level tested

Options

Lid options

A choice of specially reinforced lid solutions are offered, including a handle strip and bow handle lid

Colours

Wheeled bins are available in a wide range of standard colours. Special colours are available on request

Custom graphics

Customised names, logos and serial numbers can be embossed or hot foil stamped onto the body or lid of the bin

Noise reduction

Optional solutions are available for reducing noise. All bins can be equipped with noise reduction for lids, wheels and axles

Insert solutions

A range of apertures are available for standard materials such as glass, cans and paper

Lock systems

A triangular lock or gravity lock system is available to prevent any tampering

Water outlet

A water drainage outlet with drain plug can be fitted onto the bin floor on request

Range of sizes

60, 80, 120, 140, 190, 240 and 360 litre capacities

Chip nest

Each bin can be fitted with a chip nest discreetly under the comb bar, allowing it to be almost invisible

Wheels and axles

All two wheeled bins are fitted with solid galvanised axles and with rubber profile wheels
For additional noise reduction and extra anti-corrosion protection special axles with plastic fittings are available
