Production of containers - as agreed

Visit Customer - to agree parameters / details of kerbside distribution

Draw up project summary document - and send to customer for approval

Distribution team selected - with experience most closely matched to customer requirements. Pass project summary document to crew team leader

Agree Bulk Delivery & Distribution Schedule with customer - Pass schedules to crew team leader

Monitor Progress - and liaise with customer and crew to ensure only unforeseen complications are dealt with swiftly and smoothly
